Your order is usually shipped within one to seven days (depending on payment method and the item(s) ordered). Please note, that this does not include the time that your shipment is in the hands of the carrier, and on its way to you. If you use a Money Order or Check, there is a standard unavoidable 10 day processing period, and this will be included in your total shipping time.
All items ship through the United States Postal Service and the base shipping rate is determined by weight. We offer optional shipping insurance on all purchases, because even the best postal workers aren't perfect. We do highly recommend paying the small extra amount for Shipping Insurance. Sorry, we can't accept returns of damaged, or no-longer-sellable items.
We understand that when buying by mail-order, there will inevitably be times when something just isn't quite what you expected. If this happens, you may return the item or items to us, so long as the item or items returned are still in the origional packaging ( if applicable ), and is in sellable condition.Please note that you must email us for return authorization, before returning an item.
You may choose either store credit in the amount you paid for the item(s), or we will gladly send you something else. We are sorry, but this must be done within ten days of the day you received your order. Also, all items returned must be insured, but the cost of return shipping and insurance, will be credited to your account.
If you signed up for a class that you can't attend you may choose between credit for a future class or a copy of the recording of the class.
