    Leisa:

What a wonderful combination of people - Captain Pick-A-Card (James Wanless), and Sir James (James Wells). They are both high energy individuals, and people that are more than willing to share their wisdom. I cannot remember if the good Captain mentioned it or not, but he does have a card-a-day draw on his Voyager Tarot site (www.voyagertarot.com).

The message is very clear from both of these gentlemen - the only boundaries to what we can do with card-a-day readings are those that we place on ourselves. I especially liked journaling the cards, and noted what appeared, and how often it appeared, as well as placing the action of the card into our lives in an active manner.

I hope that we hear from both of these gentlemen again very soon!

    Blessings,
    Bonnie

    Leisa,

I just found your podcast, and have listened to all the episodes. They’re a great resource, and I ended up ordering the Voyager tarot based on hearing about it on your show. It’s a fantastic deck, and I’m so glad you introduced me to it!

I’ve learned a lot to add to my normal tarot reading, and I’m looking forward to more episodes.

I loved James Wells’ questions for the daily reading. I’ve been using his favorite myself and it’s becoming my favorite. I love his approach to the Tarot, and he’s very creative with his ideas. He’s motivated me to revive my own daily readings.

    Thanx for this

    Hi, Leisa!

I just listened to the episode in which you said you loved feedback,
    so I thought I’d send you some… I’m 16 years old, and I’ve been
“using” Tarot for six years. I put using in quotation marks because
I’ve never really known what I was doing. My main problem, I think,
was that the only spread I knew was one I found in one of my little
white books — past, present, future, overall message. I’ve listened
to all of your episodes and loved every one! Now I’ve started to do a
daily reading, and even invent spreads of my own to fit the question
asked. Your podcast has helped me immensely, and I thought you’d like
    to know that!

    Thank you so much!
    Lisa W

Since listening to this podcast a while back I have been doing card for the day readings as a journaling practice. I never imagined it could be so fun and insightful! Other than the recording of dreams, I have had such a difficult time motivating myself to actually keep a journal, yet now I look forward to doing it mornings or in the evenings if I have a busy day. The card I pick acts as a sort of prompt that allows me to immediately type what bubbles up without consciously thinking about it. Kind of like automatic writing I think. When I go back and read what has been written I am constantly surprised.
    Thanks Jameses!
I so enjoy listening to James Wanless speak. He’s a vey engaging and dynamic character. A breath of fresh air. Whenever I ask someone to ‘pick a card’ I have a little chuckle as I hear his voice saying “just pick a card…pick a card.”hehe:)

Thanks for sharing, Leisa. I’ll probably have to come back and listen to this podcast again. There were too many great ideas for COD readings for me to remember them all… :)
