James Wanless is a truly unique individual in the itself unique world of Tarot. His energy is boundless, and focused on the positive in life. You cannot help but learn something from just standing in the vicinity of an individual of his caliber.
This Pod Cast is also unique, in that it is not an interview of Dr. Wanless, but the taping of a seminar that he gave in Portland, OR. We hear what he has to say about the Tarot, and about what it can do and be for us, and we also sees how he interacts with his audience, and they with him.
He is such a breath of fresh air - I may come back and listen to this one again myself!

I subscribed to your podcast earlier this week and just finished listening to the 5 episodes, and I’ve enjoyed them very much. Your format seems well-thought out and the conversations interesting. I also really like the sound of the opening Droney Tones music also.
It’s been good for me to hear that I am not the only person who is interested in exploring different decks, but not incredibly psychically triggered by them. To me, they were like a whole new strange world to explore. I have found the Voyager deck espcially good for me this week after getting the ideas in this episode for being open to my own responses to the images. I tend to wax poetic when I am writing down these thoughts, but I am trying to be a bit more practical and focused on the present. It helps to find a way each day to incorporate in a practical way the message I am getting from the card. That is a very good and grounding thing for me to do.

What a wonderful horizon-expanding interaction. I appreciate the opportunity to listen in and use the ideas presented in my own work with the Voyager tarot and, ultimately in my own life. Thank you.

I really like the podcast. I just started listening, so I’ve only listened to the first two, but it’s a topic I’m interested in, so I expect to enjoy the rest. Can anyone tell me the name of the comedian that Dr. Wanless mentioned about the baseball tarot? I couldn’t pick up the name.

Wow! Great stuff! Thanks for sharing
It was almost like being present at the workshop. I did the exercise with my Voyager cards and got “Master” for my question about how to develop my career in a way that would bring me satisfaction. My eyes were drawn to the woman’s hands… it reminded me of my grandmother’s patience with needlework and other types of arts and crafts. I’ll meditate some more on the synchronicity of this…. and perhaps incubate a dream that relates to the same topic.
I love symbology, and I love how Dr. Wanless uses it in such an empowering way.
