Almost Finished
My fingers are so sore & sliced that shoelaces are a major obstacle. However, my entries to Tarot 2007 are almost complete and I wanted to share. This is what they look like right before applying the grout.
Three of Swords and Ace of Cups created from the Alchemical Tarot with permission of Robert Place. I enlarged scans of the cards in Photoshop to the size to fit the frame and then applied stained glass to the glass that came with the frame. I used nuggets, mirrored glass and ground some of the pieces to shape them.

Leisa:
Great work here … and thanks go to Bob Place for allowing his imagery to be used! It is absolutely amazing to see what can be done with the Tarot in any and all mediums. Truly a nod to the thought that we are only limited by our own ability to imagine.
Blessings,
Bonnie

Wow Leisa! What beautiful work. I am partial to the Ace of Cups of course. What is Tarot 2007? Did I miss that somewhere? This is the first I have heard of it.
All I can say, Leisa is that you are an incredibly talented person! Thanks for sharing with us.
Blessings,
Amy

Wow Leisa, those are just amazing. I don’t know if I’d have the patience to ever do that. They look beautiful.

Those are beautiful! What are the dimensions? It’s hard to tell from the pictures.

They are 20 inches by 24 inches. That seemed huge when I was working on it but not so big hanging in the gallery.

Leisa,
These are wonderful, indeed! I am a mosaicist too, but have not done anything of this meaningful magnitude, and applaud you for all of your endeavors. I just received my first deck, and have officially embarked on my Tarot journey. I feel so fortuitous that you put your podcast out there for us to find, and that your website is there as my first resource. How wonderful to connect with you through both your tarot instruction as well as your art. I feel truly blessed.
